Safety Diving Support

Dark Horizon Diving supports diving projects requiring qualified professional safety dive team members, support or safety divers. 

We can be part of your team right from the initial planning and design phase of the project all the way through to its execution. Safety is our highest priority at each stage.

Yvonne has most recently worked with an international film crew on a high-profile natural history documentary project. She provided CCR diving support, dive planning and dive safety services. Previously, she developed and managed support for underwater photo shoots in Bali. She was also involved in similar projects in Scotland before moving to Asia. Those involved choosing suitable configurations to provide adequate gas supplies for models and safety divers, assisting with photography equipment and general logistics.

Yvonne understands the need to balance the needs of the camera team or the photographer with project safety and demanding timelines. Her extensive technical diving knowledge and experience has given her the tools to develop and adjust dive plans for rebreather safety diving and open circuit diving in a variety of environments. 

Depending on dive logistics and equipment requirements, costs and day rates may vary for each project.
